We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for orders lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at nomoreeit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
